Before you start
Confirm Retail POS is activated for the company and your account has cashier access. Identify the correct outlet and terminal.
Open the correct workspace
Sign in to the company and open the Retail POS setup or cashier workspace. An administrator may need to complete outlet and terminal mapping first.
Complete the operation
Select the assigned outlet and terminal; verify product search, price rules, cash customer and authorized payment modes are available.
Review and confirm
Open a cashier session only after confirming the opening cash float where required. Do not use a live customer transaction for setup testing.
Check the result
Confirm the terminal shows the correct outlet, cashier and currency before beginning sales.
