STEP 1

Before you start

Confirm the business outlet exists and decide the terminal identifier, cashier assignments and receipt-printer requirements.

STEP 2

Open the POS administration setup for Outlets and Terminals as an authorized administrator.

STEP 3

Create or choose the outlet, then create the terminal and map it to that outlet. Check that inactive/deleted terminals cannot be used.

STEP 4

Save the setup and assign authorized cashiers; verify required account mappings are complete before live billing.

STEP 5

Reopen the terminal settings and confirm the outlet assignment, active state and cashier access.
