STEP 1

Before you start

Prepare the physical room list with floor, room number, type and service status.

STEP 2

Open the hotel room master or room setup screen.

STEP 3

Add rooms and assign each to its room type, area or floor as supported.

STEP 4

Save the room master and mark any unavailable rooms through the proper status controls.

STEP 5

Compare the active room count with the physical property list.
